Is this what a ball looks like at your house after your dog has had 5 minutes to play with it? Varsity Pets has reached out to Paws Place for a fundraiser. They must have seen this photo of Marley! For every new like Varsity Pets receives on their FB page between today and August 13, we will receive a 25 cent donation! That simple! Follow this link and LIKE them. https://www.facebook.com/VarsityPets

They are also offering a special discount code to receive a 10% discount on purchases made during that same time period. In addition to the discount Paws Place will receive 10% of the purchase as a donation from Varsity Pets. Use Code PPP10 at checkout. So, if you have dogs that love to destroy balls like Marley & Lady – check them out and help Paws Place at the same time. Please share.

    Tessie

Do you think I look funny with this blade of grass on my nose? My name is Tessie. All they wanted to do was take my picture and all I wanted to do was get closer to my friend. My markings make it look like I have white socks on my feet although you can't see it in this photo. When I was rescued, I had heartworms. I've been retested and I'm free and clear. Yeah! That means I'm really healthy. I am energetic and like to run around. A fenced in yard where I could play would be great. Oh, and did I tell you, I love kids! I still have some puppy in me but would be the bestest girl if you gave me a chance. I just had my third birthday – it sure would be nice if by the time my next birthday is here that I am in my forever home!

  • Attention landscapers and handymen

Now that the warmer weather is coming, Paws Place is in need of volunteers to help with lawn mowing and trimming and maintaining our Memorial Garden. Also, we always need people to help with repairs and maintenance around the kennel. If you would like to help with these activities, please contact Robin at robin@pawsplace.org. Thanks.
